Summer Crab Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch pie) deep dish pie crust
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat
- 1 pinch pie ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Mix eggs, cornstarch, cheese, pepper, mayonnaise, milk and imitation crabmeat thoroughly
- Pour this mixture into the baking dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
