Cheese And Mushroom Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch pie) unbaked 9 inch pie pie crust
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Make a layer of cheese, mushrooms and onions in the baking dish and pour mixture of eggs whites, milk, yolks and flour over it
  3. Spread it evenly and then add thyme, pepper and some salt
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
