Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 C. sweet potatoes, mashed (canned)
• 3/4 C. sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 C. butter
• 1/2 C. milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Garnish.:

• 1 C. brown sugar
• 1 C. chopped pecans
• 1/3 C. flour
• 1/4 C. butter, melted

Method

1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and grease a 9×2-inch round baking dish
2. In a bowl, add the sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs 1/4 C of the butter, milk and vanilla and mix until well combined

For Topping.in another bowl, add all ingredients and mix well

1. Place the sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly and sprinkle with topping mixture
2. Cook in the oven for about 35 minutes
