Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Method
- Melt butter, blend in flour, remover from heat and stir in milk.
- Cook over med heat until thickened.
- Stirring constantly.
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- To make au gratin sauce add mild cheddar cheese, grated and pour over vegetables.
