Method
- Vinaigrette Dressing
- Lettuce
- Cook fresh asparagus as desired, drain, or open cans of asparagus and drain.
- Lay asparagus in a single layer in a shallow dish.
- Pour vinaigrette dressing over asparagus.
- Chill.
- Serve on lettuce cups as a salad.
