Asparagus Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 6
  • 2 Cans Asparagus Spears – or
  • 2 Pounds Asparagus – fresh

Method

  1. Vinaigrette Dressing
  2. Lettuce
  3. Cook fresh asparagus as desired, drain, or open cans of asparagus and drain.
  4. Lay asparagus in a single layer in a shallow dish.
  5. Pour vinaigrette dressing over asparagus.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve on lettuce cups as a salad.
