Tenderloin Pita Pockets Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion – sliced and
  • 1/2 Green pepper – diced
  • 2 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 pound tenderloin tips – cut into lengthwise
  • 4 Pita pockets – cut in half

Method

  1. Combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add beef strips, brown all sides and season to taste.
  3. Place 1/4 meat mixture into a pita and top with Sour Cream Dill Sauce or another sauce of you choice.
