Ingredients

Prep Time: 10 Minutes – Start to Finish: 40 Minutes – Makes 6 servings

Topping

  • cup Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cold butter or margarine

Coffee Cake

  • 1¾ cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • cup milk or water
  • 1½ teaspoons gluten-free vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Method

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Spray 9-inch round or square pan with cooking spray
  3. 2 In small bowl, mix ? cup Bisquick mix, the brown sugar and cinnamon
  4. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or fork, until mixture is crumbly
  5. 3 In medium bowl, stir all coffee cake ingredients until blended
  6. Spread in pan; sprinkle with topping
  7. 4 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Store tightly covered
