Air Fryer Easy Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 8 ounces medium shelled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Method

  1. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp in butter and Old Bay seasoning
  2. Place shredded coconut in bowl
  3. Coat each piece of shrimp in the coconut and place into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
  5. Gently turn the shrimp halfway through the cooking time
  6. Serve immediately
