  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Place the eggs in a pan of boiling water; then, cook over low heat for 6 minutes.
  2. Peel and halve the eggs.
  3. Sprinkle the eggs with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and dill.
