Nacho Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 1 large can chunk chicken
- 1 regular size bag tortilla chips, divided
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 pound processed cheese, cubed
Method
- Mix soups, ,tomatoes, chicken, 1/2 bag tortilla chips, onion and cheese in a casserole dish
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes
- After 35 minutes, crush remaining tortilla chips and put on top
- Bake for the final 10 minutes
