Yogurt Starter Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon nondairy probiotic powder or 1 probiotic capsule

Method

  1. Warm the milk over low heat until lukewarm to touch
  2. Mix in the probiotic powder
  3. Transfer to a glass bowl or jar
  4. Cover and let sit in a warm place for 6 hours
  5. Refrigerate and use within 3 days to start next batch
