- ¼ cup (38 g) chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ cup (60 g) chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 700 ml low-salt chicken broth
- ¼ cup 55 g unsalted butter
Method
- Put all ingredients in the slow cooker
- Cook on high 3 to 4 hours
- Yield: 3 servings
- Per serving: 334 g water; 548 calories (47% from fat, 13% from protein, 40% from carb)
