White Chocolate Chantilly Pressure Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 2½ cups

  • 1¼ cups chilled heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3½ ounces white chocolate, chopped, or white chocolate chips, melted and tepid (80° to 84° F)

Method

  1. In a chilled bowl with an electric mixer, whip the cream and vanilla together until soft peaks form
  2. On low speed, gradually pour in the tepid melted white chocolate and beat just until the chocolate is incorporated
  3. Cover and chill until needed
