Ingredients
Makes about 2½ cups
- 1¼ cups chilled heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3½ ounces white chocolate, chopped, or white chocolate chips, melted and tepid (80° to 84° F)
Method
- In a chilled bowl with an electric mixer, whip the cream and vanilla together until soft peaks form
- On low speed, gradually pour in the tepid melted white chocolate and beat just until the chocolate is incorporated
- Cover and chill until needed
