Ingredients

Makes 4 to 6 servings

  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubes or balls
  • 2 cups pitted fresh cherries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, vanilla and sugar
  2. Add the watermelon, cherries and blueberries
  3. Toss gently to combine and serve
