Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized apples, chopped into roughly ½-inch chunks (unpeeled)
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • ¼ cup (packed) raisins (dark or golden)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted

Method

  1. Combine the apples, celery, and raisins in a medium-large bowl
  2. In a second, smaller bowl, whisk together the yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth
  3. Pour this mixture over the apples, and stir gently until everything is evenly coated
  4. Serve topped with the walnuts
