Vietnamese Yogurt Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
Serves 8
Active Time 5 minutes :Yogurt Natural Release
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (see Note)
- 1 can hot water (see Note)
- 2 cans whole milk (see Note)
- 1 can half-and-half (see Note)
- 1 (5.3-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
Method
- In a large bowl with a spout, combine the sweetened condensed milk, hot water, milk, and half-and-half
- Whisk in the yogurt until well combined
- Divide the mixture among eight 4-ounce glass jars with lids
- Place the jars in the Instant Pot, stacking them if necessary
- Secure the lid on the pot
- Select YOGURT (the timer will show 8 hours by default)
- At the end of the incubation time, remove the jars from the pot and chill in the refrigerator overnight before serving
