Ingredients
Makes 32 chips
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- olive oil or nonstick cooking spray
- salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with oil
- Cut each tortilla into eighths and place the triangles on a baking sheet
- Sprinkle with salt to taste and bake until crisp and lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes
- Cool completely before serving
- These are best eaten on the day they are made but, once cooled, they can be covered and stored at room temperature for 1 to 2 days
