Vegan Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 2 cups

  • 1 1/2 cups vegan semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup thick dairy-free milk or cream
  • 1 tablespoon vegan margarine

Method

  1. In a double boiler or small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, milk and margarine and cook over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth
  2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate to set up a bit before using, about 30 minutes
  3. The consistency should be thick but pourable
  4. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days
