Ingredients
Makes about 2 cups
- 1 1/2 cups vegan semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup thick dairy-free milk or cream
- 1 tablespoon vegan margarine
Method
- In a double boiler or small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, milk and margarine and cook over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate to set up a bit before using, about 30 minutes
- The consistency should be thick but pourable
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days
