- 7 ounces italian tuna packed in oil
- 1/4 stick butter
- 20 milliliters garlic – chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup white wine – salt and pepper to t
- 1 28 ounce ca chopped peeled tomatoes
Method
- Melt butter and tuna oil in pan.
- Saute garlic for 2 min, until golden.
- Add tuna and cook 5 min Add tomatoes, wine and parsley, salt and pepper and cook on low heat 30 min Serve over cooked, drained pasta.
