Tuna Pitas With Yogurt And Mustard Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 2
  • 1 6 1/2 oz ca solid white tuna
  • 1 in water – drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 1 teaspoon coarse grained mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dillweed
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pita breads – halved crosswise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes sliced thickly

Method

  1. Combine First Five Ingredients in Medium Bowl.
  2. Season With Salt and Pepper.
  3. Line Bread Halves With Lettuce Leaves and Tomatoes.
  4. Divide Tuna Mixture Among Bread Pockets.
  5. Serve Immediately.
