Ingredients

- 1 small onion – thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup celery – thinly sliced
- 1 cup pinto beans – cooked
- 1 cup lima beans – cooked
- 1 cup garbanzo beans – cooked
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup apple juice, frozen concentrate – defrosted
- 1 tablespoon light molasses – optional
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a 10 inch skillet, combine onion and celery.
- Cook in water over medium heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
