Traditional Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 cups self-raising cake and pastry flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 bottle or can of beer

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all ingredients together (will be sticky)
3. Pour into greased loaf pan (not too large)
4. Bake for approximately one hour
