Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese – shredded
Method
- Spread popcorn in jelly-roll pan; set aside.
- In 1 quart saucepan, melt butter.
- Remove from heat; stir in chili powder.
- Drizzle over popcorn; stir to mix.
- Sprinkle popcorn with cheese.
- Place oven rack in top position; heat broiler.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Toss immediately.
