Ingredients
Makes 1 cup
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, ginger and sugar
- Stir in the soy sauce, orange juice, rice vinegar and oil, mixing until well combined
- If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed
- Properly stored, the marinade will keep for 3 to 4 days
