Tenderloin Pita Pockets Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 small onion – sliced and
- 1/2 Green pepper – diced
- 2 cloves garlic – minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 pound tenderloin tips – cut into lengthwise
- 4 Pita pockets – cut in half
Method
- Combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add beef strips, brown all sides and season to taste.
- Place 1/4 meat mixture into a pita and top with Sour Cream Dill Sauce or another sauce of you choice.
