Tart Bread Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 pinch pie black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and put some oil over the muffin tins
  2. Now cut some circles from the bread and put these circles into these muffins tin
  3. Put shredded cheese and onion evenly in all the tins
  4. Now add a mixture of milk, pepper, eggs and mustard into all the tins evenly
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
