Ingredients
Makes about 1 cup
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, tarragon, chives, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper until blended
- Whisk in the oil until smooth
- Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2 to 3 days
