Crock Pot Taco Chicken Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup salsa
  • 1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

Method

  1. In a crock pot, add the chicken and sprinkle the taco season
  2. Pour the salsa and cream of mushroom soup over the chicken and cook on a low heat for 7 to 8 hours
  3. Remove the crock pot from heat
  4. Stir in the sour cream & serve with a plate of rice
