Ingredients
Serves 4
Active Time 5 minutes
Pressure/Manual (High) Natural/Quick Release
- 6 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 regular tea bags
Method
- Ice
- Place the water, sugar, and tea bags in the Instant Pot
- Secure the lid on the pot
- Close the pressure-release valve
- Select MANUAL and set the pot at HIGH pressure for 4 minutes
- At the end of the cooking time, allow the pot to sit undisturbed for 15 minutes, then release any remaining pressure
- Let the tea cool slightly
- Serve in glasses over ice
- This gives the tea a light chai flavor, which is great over ice
