Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsps. olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsps. cornstarch dissolved in 3
- 2-3 Tbsps. water
- sesame seeds.
Method
- Start by seasoning chicken lightly with salt and pepper and place into crock pot
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic and pepper flakes
- Pour over chicken
- Cook on low for 4 hours or on high 2 hours, or just until chicken is cooked through
