Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 2 cups white grape juice
- 2 tablespoons agar flakes
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 ripe peaches, halved, pitted and cut into 1/4-inch slices
Method
- In a medium saucepan, combine the grape juice and agar and bring to a boil over high heat
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the agar is dissolved, about 5 minutes
- Stir in the agave nectar and set aside
- Arrange the peach slices in a gelatin mold or clear glass bowl
- Pour the juice mixture over the peaches and chill, uncovered, until firm, 1 to 2 hours
