Ingredients
Serving Size : 4
- 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup fresh basil – minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic – minced
- 1/2 cup green onion – chopped
- salt and pepper – to taste
Method
- Place in blender tomatoes, vinegar, olive oil, basil, garlic and green onion.
- Blend mixture until creamy.
- You may season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve on tossed green salad with garden fresh vegetables.
- Add bacon bits, croutons and cheddar cheese as you wish.
