Summer Crab Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch pie) deep dish pie crust
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat
  • 1 pinch pie ground black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Mix eggs, cornstarch, cheese, pepper, mayonnaise, milk and imitation crabmeat thoroughly
  3. Pour this mixture into the baking dish
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
