  • 1 pound (455 g) frozen corn
  • 2 medium red potatoes, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup (120 ml) low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon crushed thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. In a 4-to 5-quart (3
