Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh hulled or frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups chilled plain or vanilla soymilk or other nondairy milk
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry jam (optional)

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, banana, soy milk and strawberry jam, if using and blend until smooth
  2. Serve immediately
