- 1 1/2 cups fresh hulled or frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 2 cups chilled plain or vanilla soymilk or other nondairy milk
- 2 teaspoons strawberry jam (optional)
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, banana, soy milk and strawberry jam, if using and blend until smooth
- Serve immediately
