Strawberry Cheesecake Topping Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• ½ cup sugar
• pinch of salt.
• 1 cup strawberry jam
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method

1. In a large bowl, toss strawberry slices with sugar
2. Let sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Process the jam in a food processor until smooth, about 10 seconds
4. Transfer to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes
5. Stir in lemon juice
6. Pour mixture over strawberries and mix well
7. Cool, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
