Ingredients
- 225g dried apples
- 1 cup (235 ml) orange juice
- 1 cup (235 ml) water
- ½ cup (120 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
Method
- Place apples in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apples
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 124 g water; 109 calories (2% from fat, 2% from protein, 97% from carb)
