Spinach Balls Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach – thawed and drained
- 1 medium onion – chopped
- 6 eggs – beaten
- 1 teaspoon accent. seasoning mix
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
- Yield 60 balls or 100 if using a teaspoon for each ball.
