Air Fryer Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

SERVES 6.

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, drained and thawed
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickle jalapenos
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 4-cup baking bowl
  2. Place into the air fryer basket
  3. Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  4. Remove when brown and bubbling
  5. Serve warm
