Ingredients

- 8 ounce uncooked spaghetti
- 1 can tomato paste (6oz)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms – sliced 1/2″
- 2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1 cup onions (2 medium ) – chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1 cup pitted ripe olives
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon country-style dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley – chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 1 cup water
- 3 ounce sliced pepperoni
- 2 can stewed tomatoes (14.5oz ea)
Method
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, in 3-qt saucepan combine all ingredients except pepperoni
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened (15 to 20 min).
- Stir in pepperoni; continue cooking until heated through (4 to 5 min).
- Serve over spaghetti.
