Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 pound pea vines
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat
- Add the garlic and crushed red pepper and cook until fragrant, 1 minute
- Add the pea vines, tossing to coat with the oil
- Cover and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes
- Reduce heat to low, season with salt and black pepper, cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes longer
- Serve immediately
