- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 cups water
