Ingredients
- 950 ml cranberry juice
- 700 ml water
- ¾ cup (213 g) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 280g frozen raspberries, thawed
- oranges, sliced
- cinnamon sticks
- whole allspice berries
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Heat on high 1 hour or until hot
- Turn to low while serving
- Yield: 10 servings
- Per serving: 223 g water; 114 calories (2% from fat, 4% from protein, 94% from carb)
