Spiced Raspberry Punch Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 950 ml cranberry juice
  • 700 ml water
  • ¾ cup (213 g) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 280g frozen raspberries, thawed
  • oranges, sliced
  • cinnamon sticks
  • whole allspice berries

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Heat on high 1 hour or until hot
  3. Turn to low while serving
  4. Yield: 10 servings
  5. Per serving: 223 g water; 114 calories (2% from fat, 4% from protein, 94% from carb)
