Spiced Pumpkin Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

Servings : 4-6 dishes.

• 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
• 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 pinch of nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Method

1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk with the pumpkin puree and sugar then stir in the spices
2. Pour this mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions
3. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer
