Ingredients
Makes 2 to 3 servings
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk
- 2 cups hot strong coffee Sugar (optional)
Method
- Steam the soy milk using a milk steamer or heat it in a saucepan and whisk until hot and frothy
- Do not boil
- Pour the hot coffee into cups or mugs
- Add sugar, if using
- Top with the hot soy milk
- Serve immediately
