Snow Crab With Diablo Butter Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
• 4 6 drops hot pepper sauce
• snow crab clusters — thawed if necessary

Method

1. Place butter in microwave-safe bowl
2. Microwave on high power, 1 minute, until melted
3. Stir in mustard and hot pepper sauce to taste
4. Place Snow Crab in single layer in microwave-safe baking dish
5. Cover with vented plastic wrap
6. Microwave on high power 4-5 minutes, until heated through
7. Serve with Diablo Butter for dipping
