Smoked Salmon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese – softened
- 3 tablespoons sour cream – or yogurt
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon – thinly sliced
- 2 ounces red caviar
Method
- Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream.
- Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with the mixture.
- Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths.
