Ingredients
- 580g frozen corn, partially thawed
- 115g pimientos, chopped
- ¼ cup (38 g) finely chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high 45 minutes, then on low 2 to 4 hours
- Stir occasionally
- Yield: 8 servings
