Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • sea salt

Method

  1. Wash and scrub potatoes
  2. Prick potatoes with a fork, roll in sea salt while damp and wrap in foil
  3. Place in the slow cooker
  4. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 2½ to 4 hours
  5. Yield: 6 servings
  6. Per serving: 299 g water; 258 calories (2% from fat, 10% from protein, 88% from carb)
