Simple Quiche Lorraine Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 5 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (9 inch pie) deep dish frozen pie crust
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Pour mixture of eggs and half-and-half over the mixture of both cheeses, bacon and onion in the dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes and then an additional 35 minutes at 350 degrees F or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
